Introduction
The club was established in 1992 after the merger between Schotschekloof RFC
and Walmers Rugby Football Club. The club currently has over 500 players
comprising of graduates and undergraduates, community kids which are
spread from under 14 to the senior teams. The Club is run under the aegis of
the Schotschekloof Walmers Rugby Football Club (SKW R.F.C) and it is
affiliated to Western Province Rugby Football Union (WPRFU). Since unification the
club has participated in the Super League division. and has continued to be
one of the best community clubs from a historical disadvantaged community. |

Mission Statement To provide the educational and social opportunities for all young people from disadvantaged communities , regardless of ability to realise their fullest potential and play Rugby to their highest personal standard in a safe, fun and non-discriminatory environment and to promote and model the core values of rugby, good sportsmanship and a strong sense of community upliftment. |

 | Achievements Schotchekloof Walmers is the first SARU club to have played in The Super League of WPRU.The Club won the Plate Final in the National Club Championships in 2007 and 2008.
Super League A First previously disadvantaged club to have played in the Super League A.The club has never played lower than the Super League.
2005 1st Team - 7th Position 2006 1st Team - 4th Position 2007 1st Team - 3rd Position 2008 1st Team - 3rd Position 2009 5th Position - 2 point seperated 3rd and 5th position 2008 2nd Team - 2nd Position 2008 3rd Team - 3rd Position Head coach (Labeeb Levy) previously WP under 19 assistant coach and currently WP under 21 and WP Vodacom team technical analyst. Attained top postion for level 3
